Marketing workshops built for you and your team.

No generic slide decks. We teach using your data, your tools, and the questions you actually have.

What sets our workshops apart

There’s never enough time, budget, or brain space to learn everything you and your team are expected to know. With all the pressure to perform and keep up, figuring out what to learn (and finding the time to learn it) can feel impossible.

That’s where we come in!

Our workshops are designed to give you the right help at the right time. They’re focused, collaborative, and grounded in the real tools and challenges your team is working with every day.

Here’s how we make sure our workshops are actually worth it:

1

We teach in your actual accounts

No demo environments or generic examples. We work inside your real tools and data, so everything you learn is immediately relevant.

2

We meet you where you are

Every session is shaped by your team’s knowledge, pace, and priorities. We don’t assume anything, and we don’t waste your time.

3

We make space for real learning

You’ll get hands-on time to try things, ask questions, and apply what you’re learning while we’re right there with you.

4

We’re here for more than just one session

If you need follow-up coaching, written feedback, or help working through things after the workshop, we’re happy to support you.

5

We care about making this useful

No filler. No fluff. Just thoughtful, practical support from people who understand what it’s like to be in your shoes.

Training that scales to your team and your timeline

We’ve trained solo freelancers, small-but-mighty comms teams, and enterprise departments with dozens of stakeholders. We structure workshops that fit your team and schedule, whether that’s a focused one-time session or an extended training series.

Some clients work with us for a single three-hour session. Others have booked bi-weekly training over several months, building their skills through a full digital marketing crash course. Most fall somewhere in between.

Workshops are delivered virtually, and most of our team is based in the Mountain Time Zone. After each session, you’ll receive a full recording, along with any documents, recommendations, templates, or strategic tools we shared during the training.

If you’re unsure what format or cadence makes the most sense, we can help you figure it out based on your goals, tools, and available time.

What to expect from a Full Stacks workshop

Your workshop won’t be one-size-fits-all. We shape the agenda around your team, your tools, and your goals.

Before your workshop, we gather the information we need to make the session as useful and relevant as possible. Then we’ll build and deliver a session (or set of sessions) designed to address your priorities and help your team make meaningful progress. That usually looks like this:

1

We start with a short intake process.

You’ll fill out a quick questionnaire about your goals, tools, team, and current challenges. We’ll also ask for access to all accounts or platforms we’ll need to review ahead of time.

2

We review your setup and clarify your goals.

We get familiar with your accounts, campaigns, analytics, or site structure, depending on the topic. Then we design your workshop content based on what will be most useful for your team.

3

We build and schedule your session.

Depending on the topic and depth, your workshop may be delivered as a single focused session or as a series of two to four shorter ones. Every workshop includes time for Q&A, discussion, and hands-on examples using your actual content or data.

4

You learn, try things, and ask questions.

Whether we’re working on your Google Ad Grants or auditing your content, you’ll leave with practical next steps and a clear understanding of how to keep improving.

5

You’re supported after the session too.

We offer follow-up coaching, written feedback, or temporary support if your team needs help implementing changes after the training.

Tired of generic marketing workshops that leave you with piles of notes, but nothing you can apply right away?

If you’ve ever left a workshop wondering what you actually learned, you’re not alone. Too many marketing sessions are heavy on theory and light on anything you can really use. You get slides, jargon, and best practices, but walk away with more questions than answers, and no clear path forward for your own work.

Those kinds of sessions are often heavy on abstract concepts and light on real-world execution. That makes them far less useful for people like you who need to put what they’ve learned into practice right away. What are you meant to do with a workshop on a topic like Google Ad Grants or SEO where the instructor rushes through a generic slideshow and leaves you to figure out how any of it applies to your specific situation?!

That is not how we work.

Every workshop we develop is shaped by your accounts, your challenges, and your goals. If we are talking about Google Ads, we are logging into your actual Google Ads account. If we are reviewing a landing page, it is your content we are looking at. There is no guesswork, no hypotheticals, and no “good luck applying this on your own” at the end.

We teach by doing, testing, and making changes together. That is why the training from our workshops sticks. It is relevant, hands-on, and built around what your team actually needs to know how to do!

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We’ve worked with total beginners, seasoned pros, and mixed-experience teams. We’ll adjust the content and pace so your workshop is useful for everyone in the room.

That’s totally normal! We build our workshops to include demos, hands-on work, discussion, and written materials so people can engage in the way that works best for them.

You’ll get the full session recording, any docs or slides we used, and all templates, worksheets, or recommendations we created during your workshop.

Most of our workshops are delivered virtually, but we’re open to in-person sessions depending on timing, scope, and location. Let’s talk about what works best.

Most sessions are around 2 to 3 hours. For more complex topics or multi-part series, we might meet several times over a few weeks.

Absolutely. Many of our workshops are a mix of topics shaped around what your team needs. We’ll help you decide what makes sense to cover together.

That’s totally fine. We’ll ask a few questions, learn about your team and goals, and then recommend a format and focus that fits.

It depends on the scope, topic, and number of sessions. We’re happy to give you a ballpark and talk through options that work for your budget. Between early 2024 and mid-2025, workshop projects have ranged from $2,750 USD for a one-off session to $62,500 USD for a multi-month training and coaching series.

Yes. You’ll get a link to the full recording so you can refer back to it or share with team members who couldn’t attend.

Of course. As long as the session stays focused and collaborative, we’re happy to include whoever would benefit from the training.

Yes, that’s a big part of what makes our workshops so useful. We’ll use your actual tools and content, not demo environments or canned examples.

Yes. Some teams bring us in for coaching, async feedback, or short working sessions after the workshop. We’ll work with you to figure out what kind of support makes sense.

Definitely. Everything we create or share with you is yours to keep, reuse, and share internally. We want the learning to keep going after the session ends.

If you’re looking to learn, build your team’s skills, or work through something together, a workshop is the way to go.

If you’re feeling stuck, unsure of what’s broken, or just need a clear plan for what to do next, an audit is a great starting point.

Ready to try training that actually sticks?

We can’t wait to learn about what your team is working on.
