Marketing is human—and Brittany believes the best campaigns happen when we truly understand our audience and meet them where they are. With nearly a decade at Full Stacks, Brittany has grown from intern to Director of Paid Search & Social, and learned that asking the right questions matters more than having all the answers.

Her journey started with a BBA in Marketing from NAIT, but the real education came through hands-on experience. After a year as a marketing coordinator at AMA, Brittany joined Full Stacks as an intern in 2015 and never looked back. What began as learning “a bit of everything” (SEO, PPC, brand voice, content strategy) has evolved into specializing in what she loves most: paid search and social media.

Brittany has scaled acquisition and retention campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn for both B2B and B2C clients, managing monthly budgets that range from $2K to $200K+. But she has learned that an ad campaign is only as strong as its destination. That’s why she loves diving into client websites, identifying user experience improvements, and writing copy that taps into marketing psychology: what actually makes people click, buy, or reach out.

What excites Brittany most is that every account is unique. A strategy or tactic that drives incredible results for one client might completely flop for another, even in the same industry. This is what makes her obsessive about testing ad copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and more. She never assumes that what worked before will work again.

Nothing beats seeing a client’s business genuinely thrive and knowing your work contributed to that growth. This kind of impact only happens when partnerships are built on radical transparency: honest communication about results, realistic timelines, and what success actually looks like.

Beyond client work, Brittany enjoys building out the Full Stacks team’s knowledge-sharing resources. She built a centralized Notion workspace with PPC best practices, swipe files, how tos, and more. She’s also the Founder & Curator of Generally Good Stuff at KP General Store, Full Stacks’s fun side project that sells cool stickers and things.

When she’s not optimizing campaigns or analyzing conversion data, you’ll find Brittany exploring other passions. She co-runs a food blog called Mediocre Chef (it’s not your average food blog), travels whenever possible (Japan four times and counting!), and enjoys getting her butt kicked by her personal trainer (in the best way possible). Seasonal activities keep Brittany balanced: reading and gaming in winter, camping and hiking in summer, plus year-round adventures with her two adorable dogs, Pumpkin and Peach, who mostly behave during Zoom calls (bribery is required).

My advice for anyone looking to break into digital marketing? Stay curious, be willing to learn from everything, and remember that behind every click is a real person with real needs. You can master every platform and optimization technique, but at the end of the day, it’s the human connections—understanding what motivates your audience, building trust with clients, and collaborating well with your team—that turn decent campaigns into campaigns that actually move the needle.

“Working with Brittany has been a fantastic experience. As our PPC specialist, she consistently brings a high level of precision and insight to every aspect of our campaigns. Her in-depth analysis and attention to detail have far surpassed what we received from our previous agency.”
